1. Install Aloware’s CTI Package

3. Edit the page layout
Click the gear icon in Salesforce, then select Edit Page.

4. Add a custom tab
- Add a new tab to the record page.
- Click Details and then select the Custom option for the tab type.

- Name it something like Aloware SMS for clarity.

5. Drag in the Aloware messenger component
From the list of components, find Aloware Messenger and drag it into your new tab.

6. Save and activate
