That user now has a dialer-first workspace, with Team Inbox for their assigned conversations. You can turn this on or off at any time, for any user.
This also works well with scoped roles. You decide who sees what, and Talk Lite takes care of the rest.
How it looks for Agents

When Talk Lite is enabled:
- The left-hand menu only shows:
- Team Inbox
- Power Dialer
- Stats
- Settings
- They will not see:
- Contact Lists
- Call Logs
- Broadcasts or Campaigns
This is a purpose-built view that locks attention on what matters.
