Is there any contracts I have to sign, or any minimum terms of commitment?

No! Your Aloware account is essentially month to month, meaning that you can cancel at any time with no questions asked.

I operate a Space Shuttle manufacturing facility and I am not really sure how to integrate call tracking into my operations. Can you help? 

Absolutely! For many businesses, Call Tracking is rather new. Please contact our Solution Specialists for a quick assessment and suggestions.

When will my card be billed?

We bill each account to a single credit card (account owner's card) at the end of the billing cycle (1 month). If you're an agency, you can use our Usage Tracker to reverse-bill your clients for their usage.

What is your support policy?

We strive to provide 24/7 support for our customers & clients. Our regular support policy includes email and chats support. For larger accounts, we offer a dedicated account executive which supports your operations around the clock.

Do you have an API to fetch data on a regular basis? How about Google Analytics?

Yes – Aloware is easily connected and integrated with Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads Platform, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier and more while offering a versatile API to connect to enterprise CRM systems and home-grown solutions.

Can I use my own phone numbers on your app?

Yes – we might need to port your numbers over or bridge them through our carrier. This process is manual and takes 4-5 business days.

I already have a Voice over IP provider that I wish to use. Can you do that?

We have a “BYOC" (bring your own carrier) system in place that enables you to use your own VoIP carrier (Twilio, Plivo, Bandwidth, to name a few). We charge a fixed fee for our service and you pay your carriers directly. Contact us for more details.

Is there support for international customers?

Absolutely! US and Canada are enabled by default. Currently, we have clients in the UK, Australia, Germany, and France. Because of European regulations on phone number procurement, we need to manually onboard you as a customer. Please contact us for more info.
